Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How long will it take to receive my items?

We will process and ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it. Once the item ships, it may take around:

  • North America: 5-8 business days
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 7-18 business days
  • Europe: 3-7 business days
  • Asia: 5-15 business days
  • Africa and the Middle East: 5-10 business days

You will receive a tracking number and website link to the courier company after the parcel has shipped so you can keep track of your order’s location.

Are my goods covered by Insurance when shipped?

Yes, all items are covered. The parcel’s shipping insurance will be included in the cost of the shipping. 

Do I have to pay Import tax?

It depends on where you live (country) if you must pay or not Import tax. All orders shipping within European Union are tax exempt.
It is a customer obligation to pay in the case it is necessary.
Normally you’ll be contacted by the courier company (when the parcel has arrived to your country) explaining how to pay any fees for dealing with customs.

I’m an interior designer. Do you offer a trade discount?

Yes! Please visit our wholesale section on our website.

What is your return and refund policy?

Please understand that all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchange or cancellations, due to the nature of our business unless something goes wrong.

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! We aim to please, so if you’re not completely pleased with your order, we’ll do whatever we can to make it better! I Please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving your order.

My item doesn’t look exactly like the photo, how come?

All our items are unique and usually one of a kind. This means that we try and show you exactly what you will be getting but occasionally we can’t photograph all the special details. Some patterns will vary slightly, but not enough, in our opinion, to compromise the piece.

Keep in mind that vintage and handcrafted items may have irregularities in size, colour, and style.  Please review all information and pictures. Feel free to contact us with any concerns or questions you may have prior to purchase.

Colour Disclaimer: We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

What does “vintage” mean?

For our purposes, vintage means anything classic and previously loved from before 1994 but not quite an antique. It also means the item may show signs of wear consistent with age. The imperfections such as tears, repairs, worn spots, and fading are part of the pieces history and add a richness and beauty that is unable to be duplicated. This allows the pieces to be completely unique and one of a kind.

How do I care for my new textiles?

It depends on which piece you got! We recommend above all else, washing as little as possible, but we do understand that things happen!

Most of the cases we recommend dry clean only!

Payment

All our online payments are processed securely through Shopify. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), debit cards or PayPal payments. Please note that you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to make a payment with a credit or debit card. Once you hit the Purchase button on our site, you will be redirected to Paypal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can click on the link “Don’t have a PayPal account (located below the yellow button) and you will still be able to place your order.

All prices are listed in British pounds.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you will receive a -10% coupon code for your first order. To get this code, you need to enter your email address in our opt-in form. After you have done that, you will need to check your email box and confirm your subscription.
